BOOKING POLICIES Thank you for supporting my business! Please review the following policies before booking. New Clients Only accepting returning clients/new female clients unless otherwise discussed. Card On File A valid card is required to book all appointments. Your card will not be charged unless a cancellation or no-show policy is violated. There is a small processing fee for cards. Cash is always welcome! Cancellations Appointments cancelled before 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the service total. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to avoid running behind for the next client. Guests Please come alone to your appointment unless otherwise discussed. On certain days, I may be the only provider in the building, and the front door may remain locked until your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive early and find the door locked, please kindly wait in your vehicle until I am able to let you in. Thank you for respecting my time and helping keep my schedule running smoothly!
